ROHM publicized the integration of its cutting-edge 650V GaN (EcoGaN) technology in Innergie's C4 Duo, a dual-port USB-C charger capable of delivering 45W. Innergie, under the Delta umbrella—a leading global provider of Smart Green Solutions—has harnessed ROHM's EcoGaN to enhance the charger's efficiency, durability, and compact design, thus boosting overall performance.
